"Awful staff find another place to stay"

The disabled bathroom was a nice size.

The staff was awful. They had no compassion as we were there from a house fire that my father died in and we needed a place to stay for a few days. My mother is 80, we got the disabled room the tub was too high for her to get her legs over and so even after I helped her in to shower there were no slip stoppers ob tge shower floor. We were all covered in smoke and soot and burned hair and they refused to give us extra towels. They said rule is 1 for 1 and if I didn't like it I could get out! I have NEVER been treated so horribly asking for towels in my life.

"A place to stay but would not come back"

The bed was comfortable and floors were nice.

The sink water did not work along with the tub was very hard to work not to mention being a handicap room had a tub not a shower and desk chair was so worn out.

"Horrid place do not recommend"

VERY DIRTY our room door for the connecting room was open and the bathroom was used moments before we entered and the door was still ajar. I did not feel safe having my kids and myself there for a night! Ended up canceling! And they have NOT given my money back! 0/10
