"hotel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles"

particulierement décu de notre séjour dans cet hotel, reception de l hotel non professionnelle et désagréable, aucun sourire, qualité des choix dans le restaurants pas à la hauteur, animation minumum, hotel non compatible avec un 4 étoiles, nous ne conseillons pas cet hotel bas de gamme.

"HOTEL ISIS"

hotel très agréable et très propre avec du personnel très souriant et serviable ! une petite équipe d animation qui se donne à fond malgré ( durant ce séjour) un public pas très réceptif !! 4 jours vraiment très sympathiques !! 2 points faibles : le buffet ......et la carte que l on doit avoir en permanence avec soi pour les extras que l on soit en demi pension ou en all ( pas très pratique ) hotel à recommander !!!!!
