El trato del personal de recepción!! Comentarios como un básico !! Yo reservé aquí para pasar una noche teniendo otro alojamiento en el Puerto de la Cruz!

After reading the reviews we was a bit anxious about staying here. We checked in last Saturday with Valentina I believe her name was she was absolutely lovely. We headed to our room which was clean yes there was a few things for improvement but it was clean and fresh for us. We were staying in a superior room were we had a bottle of Cava, 2 cans of pop and a bag of crisp and robes and slippers provided. We found no major issues with the room but as I said there are some areas for improvement such as paint what could’ve been doing touched up and the drain smell was bad at times. The room got cleaned twice during our stay which was ideal. The entertainment around the pool and the evening was good it’s a shame there’s not something on every evening like a live dj or act or even bingo. The bar itself was reasonably priced. The main pool was small but enough sunbeds were provided. There was also a lifeguard too which was good and I believe the other pools had them too. The staff all great and polite and we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to these apartments.

We arrived at Bungalows Atlantida yesterday at around 11am, even though check-in wasn’t until 2pm the staff were really helpful. They took us to the luggage hold and shortly after let us know our room was already ready, which was a lovely surprise after travelling. When we first got to the room, we found it was right next to the cleaning room and there was very little privacy on the balcony. We respectfully spoke to reception about how we felt, and they couldn’t have been more understanding or helpful. They quickly moved us to another room with a much better view and a lot more privacy. Really appreciate how accommodating and friendly the staff have been so far — great customer service can make such a difference to a holiday experience!

I wish I could rate it 0. No remote or any buttons to use the AC. The only way to get air into the apartment was to open the garden door or a window in the bedroom that is full size and anyone could fit through. No security if you want a breeze. No hand soap provided, only someone's old mug. The cleaners left their bucket and mops. In the bathroom. The toilet paper dispenser didn't work. The duvets provided had no covers and they stank of BO. I handed the duvet to reception AND THEY REFUSED TO SMELL IT AND TOLD ME NOT TO PUT IT ON THE DESK. BUT THEY EXPECTED ME TO SLEEP IN IT. The food was akin to being in a homeless shelter or a prison. Absolutely disgusting. It doesn't deserve a single one of its 3 stars. 0 star review.
