Reception opening hours during French school holidays are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, and Wednesday and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00. Reception opening hours outside French school holidays are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, and Wednesday and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 only. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. Outside French school holidays, the relaxation area is open during the week and the play area at weekends (opening dates of the play area are managed by Les Antilles de Jonzac). Please note that the Antilles play area may be closed during certain school holiday periods; access to the relaxation area will then be offered instead. To make the most of the facilities, we recommend checking the opening times in advance, as the play area may be closed on certain dates. Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and handling fees). Beds made upon arrival are available at an additional cost. For an additional fee, guests may reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the one stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
