Very comfortable staff very helpful nice touch with welcome gifts 🎁 delighted to return a another time,

No reason to have any complaints, sometimes a little attention to paint work in rooms details on skirting tiles over paint, water in rooms for coffee don't like to use bathroom water, water is important for dinner.🙏

Ik was jarig tijdens mijn verblijf in H10 en kreeg de felicitaties van het hotel met een lekkere fles wijn en een kaasplankje. Erg vriendelijk en keurig personeel. We hadden een prachtige suite, een gratis upgrade van een standaard kamer.

Niet veel! Jammer alleen dat het keurige hotel met prima personeel veel echte met name Engelse luidruchtige dikbuiken als gasten had, waardoor de buffetmaaltijden luidruchtig en sfeerloos werden. Goed hotel met soms te volkse gasten. Dat doet de naam van het hotel geen goed en dat is jammer, want het hotel verdient beter.
