perfect for business travellers

the only thing good about this hotel is the staff is very good, the services are very poor we did not had hot water for first three days of our stay than we got warm water after complaining a lot than wifi internet service is very funny you have to call every 8 hours to get a new password, though we had booked for 5 days. We had terrible experience.

Nice clean hotel. Excellently set out for convenience. Great facilities. Friendly staff with a smile. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay.

Good business hotel

We had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Although outside was about 5C, the temperature inside was perfect, unlike some other hotels in New Delhi. Perfect location right by the metro. Very nice spread in the breakfast buffet. Very good food also for lunch and dinner. The only complaint was the somewhat pricey cab ride to the train station. But overall, a very pleasant stay.

This is a good business hotel located in Gurgaon. The distance to the Airport is about 30 Minutes by car. It offers free breakfast and free WiFi.

This was the first Fortune in Gurgaon - impeccably maintained, large clean comfortable rooms & a very friendly staff. It is steps to the new Metro (you can't hear the train at all in the rooms) so very easy to get to the malls in Gurgaon or into Delhi proper. Ask for a room at the end of the corridor if you don't want to hear the elevator noise or people walking by

Having visited india 62 times in the past few years and stayed in nearly all the hotels in the area. I found myself being charged for things I had already paid for. I paid for the room and taxes in advance,but on checking out had to argue for almost an hour with reception that I had pre paid.There are a lot more accommodating hotels in this price range who give you the service you deserve. I will never stay at this hotel again.

On my first trip to Delhi, I stayed at the Sheraton, a jewel of a hotel with world class standards. Unfortunately Delhi traffic is so bad, the relaxation of the hotel was overwhelmed by the stress of the taxi ride to the office. Thus my stay at the Fortune Select Global Gurgaon - it's in the same park as my office. Walking to work was a joy but the hotel is not nearly as nice. The room was clean but the entire floor had a musty, mouldy smell despite the small oil scented oil lamps placed strategically around. The room was well sized by US standards and absolutely giant compared to typical European hotels. Everything was in good working order - lights and plumbing. The AC was blissfully cold. Tea/coffee service was available in the room and two free .5l water bottles were included - a plus given the quality of the tap water. Power outages were frequent, though (at least 4 during the first day I was there), lasting from a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes. I was thankful I was not in the elevator/lift when they happened. Restaurants were good - a typical Indian/pseudo-Western buffet at breakfast included grilled tomato, bacon and sausages for the English/American tastes. The masala dosa was good, too. I dined in the upstairs restaurant to a prix fixe menu that included many tasty dishes prepared to order and really more food than I could handle at a sitting. The price was very reasonable by US standards. There is nothing of note to do or see in the area around the hotel other than the attached office park. If you're looking for night life, tourist info, etc, look elsewhere. Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes, but really, only because of it's proximity to my office.
