Hotel molto ben organizzato, pulito, con bellissimo rooftop, uno skybar molto organizzato e servizio piscina/solarium durante il giorno. Posizione eccezionale nel centro di Madrid (forse zona un po' troppo turistica) ma ideale per raggiungere ogni attrazione /località a piedi o con la Metro (2 fermate praticamente sotto l'hotel). Le camere sono molto piccole ma pulite e con acqua gratis (erogatore nella reception) e bollitore. Personale professionale e gentile.

il bagno in camera praticamente privo di porta e assolutamente con zero privacy: Doccia e water (senza finestra) separati da vetri trasparenti e di fronte al letto, lavabo in mezzo alla stanza in una camera di 15 mq al massimo . Sono certo che ci sia a chi questa situazione piace , ma l'importante sarebbe che venga indicato chiaramente nelle foto o nella descrizione del hotel, per quanto mi riguarda un soggiorno scomodo e sgradevole che avrei evitato/modificato se avessi avuto quest'informazione.
