Hotel Baruk Teleférico Centro Histórico

Second time staying at this property that’s pretty cool close to the mines and a walk to down hill to the center, great staff lovely people

Stayed 4 nights, no hot water each time we went to shower. Maintenance came once and fixed problem, each other time told purged system which made water lukewarm, last time maintenance said they would check system and never bothered to come back. Expressed my dissatisfaction to front desk who said they would speak to manager, who was in a meeting, about compensation, ie: future stay at no cost, it’s been 5 days and have yet to hear from anyone.

There was no A/C the room was hot

I like the location of the property and how you can see everything from that distance. I did not like that we did not have hot water and it took a long time to eventually work, but still didn't work even after a few hours.

First time in this hotel and I highly recommended perfect location for Eden mina, Teleférico and bufafora. Close to downtown Zacatecas. The restaurant has a buffet for breakfast and they change dishes everyday. I really love this place...I will come back for sure

A beautiful place to stay.. The staff was courteous, helpful and kind. A few spoke English so that was nice.. We had everything we need in the room Wonderful sheets and bedding. Internet was strong, The view from the balcony was nice. I liked the balcony and though it was a shared space the staff spread the guest out and we enjoyed the entire space to ourselves watching the telferico. The food was excellent . The garden was blooming roses and fresh oranges off the trees.. The piano was nice to hear pleasant. Abit out of town so a taxi was need to go in but the staff called everytime and he arrived within 5 min. A beautiful quiet place would stay again.
