Lovely room with a terrace. Nice breakfast with good facilities.

Only problem was a leak with a small pipe in the bathroom but the owner assured us that it would be repaired asap.

Nothing to complain about. Very smooth contact (even though remote) with the person managing the property. Clean and comfy place for short stay in Catania. Private parking available onsite. One can even walk to city centre in 25-30mins. I can recommend.

We liked the design, the room with a terrace, refreshments available all the time, common area for eating breakfast, very comfortable beds and welcoming and helpful owner

We liked everything. the italian breakfast is mainly sweet which we are not used to but the owner wanted our suggestions and prepares US everything we wanted. if there would be other space for improvement, we would use some small hotplate to prepare eggs ourselves.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well equiped kitchen. Free parking outside the property (if you can find free place). 30 minutes walk to city center.

Noisy neighbourhood. Zero sound proofed walls and doors. Smell of cigarettes in bedroom. Very hot inside, no ac nor fan.
