La cercanía a la playa, la terraza y que la cocina tuviera todo lo necesario ( muchos cubiertos, salvo cucharitas, oapel albal, muchos platos y vasos, cafetera italiana, calderos, cucharones, utensilios, lavadora, tendedero, espacio de almacenaje...). También me gustó ue hubiera mosquiteras en los dormitorios y secador de pelo. Hay también tabla de planchar y plancha y ventiladores.

El colchón y almohadas de la habitación de matrimonio son incómododos, la placa de vitrocerámica tiene años y es bastante lenta, solo nos dejaron 4 toallas grandes para 4 personas para 8 días, sin recambio. 2 rollos de papel higinénico y 3 bolsas de basura... estaría bien ampliar estas cantidades, sobre todo las toallas, porque es un lugar ue invita a ir a la playa por la mañana u por la tarde, lo que hace que algunas personas nos duchamos 2 veces en el día. A pesar de esto, volvería a repetir, pues ya sé que tengo que llevar cosas de casa.

What in my opinion was a plus is: - location ( very close to bus stops, very close to beach, very close to shops, very quiet peaceful location ) - the size of the flat ( ideal for a couple or even 3 people - extra sleeping space on the sofa in the living room ) - the furnishings ( everything we needed was provided on request ) - size of terrace ( very large terrace with space for a table chairs, laundry dryer or cords ) - air-conditioning ( generally a small disadvantage that only in the bedroom but after opening the door to the room it was enough to cool the whole flat ). - washing machine, fridge with freezer ( great that this is available in each flat as private ) - mosquito nets in the windows ( admittedly one of the windows needs repairing but overall the idea is good )

- the flat was not entirely clean (e.g. the fans had a thick layer of dust - when you turn them on, you know it all ends up on the bed, the furniture, etc.). ) - the floors were supposed to be clean (but a lot of dust and dirt was blowing in from under the door, which resulted in a dirty floor - we had to mop the floors every day) - cleaning storeroom on the terrace (totally unusable and what was there) if there is no cleaning offer, we should provide: clean broom, clean hoover (the one we had was totally useless) - a shower cubicle (the door fell off when sliding it because the rollers were totally worn out and it did not function well) - a bit of a problem with the air-conditioning unit (the pipe that takes water from the air-conditioning unit to the outside - its extension does not work at all because the water has no good drainage and as a result it flooded our bedroom floor, only after removing it did everything work well and smoothly) - wifi internet ( here unfortunately a very big disappointment - internet probably on an old modem with old technology , I had to work a bit and if it wasn't for the private mobile internet I wouldn't have had a way to do it, the internet offered by the owners simply didn't work - and certainly not on a laptop and only in strategic places and only on a phone ( for me it was totally useless ) - the curtains in the living room ( it's a joke ) would be better net curtains and blackout blinds - beach umbrella and sun loungers missing
