A qualidade do papel higiênico era muito baixa, precisam trocar urgente.

A group of us booked a number of rooms for a family event in the area. We were happy with the hotel, which provided all the facilities we needed. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and catered for a range of dietary needs, the bar, lobby and patio areas were convenient for meeting each other and reception staff were responsive and helpful, for example in assisting with taxis and arranging for assistance when the room safe wasn’t working.

It would be easier for all concerned if the staff in charge at breakfast time could try to be a little more patient and respectful with guests as they vacate the dining area at the end of the meal. A few of us also found the lightweight bedding a bit too cool for the time of year. An extra blanket in the room would have been welcome.
