Good restaurant facilities. Double room relatively spacious and good bathroom. Location is practical for business visits and the establishment is well appointed. Breakfast is OK but not great. Also, you need to go the bar every time you want a hot drink and the staff at the bar spend more time talking to each other than taking care of customers.

I visted this hotel twice, mid season and in winter and the rooms are cold. The first time I thought it was a temporary problem but this time I called reception and was told the heating system had not been put on. No way to control the temperature inside the room (the control panel is off and cannot be activated). Fortutantely there was a blanket in the wardrobe this time (there wasn't one the first time and I had to sleep with a jumper on !). After a long car journey ( 6 hours) a cold bedroom feels more like a prison than a hotel room...Even if you are a single visitor, DO NOT book a single room as these are tiny and the single beds are not particularly comfortable.

We booked this room near the airport so we could get a good night of sleep before an early flight. However, several dozen guests were noisy throughout the hotel lobby and parking lot (outside my window) until 1:00 am. When I asked the front desk attendant about it, he said there was nothing he would do. The air conditioning in the room also did not work. We ended up not getting any sleep. Do not use this hotel if you need to sleep at night. The rooms are very noisy and hot.

The location is pleasant quiet clean with a nice garden and an excellent restaurant. The rooms are small but the bed is comfortable, there is a mini bar in each room, the bathroom is spacious and has everything a travel needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is quite sufficient.

This hotel is for someone who has their own car because if one needs to go to the airport or elsewhere, the car service is arranged by the hotel and is quite costly, 44 euros for a 20 minute ride to the Malpensa airport or from airport to the hotel. So if you are staying there with the purpose of using the airport, it is time wise and money wise better to have a hotel booked right at the airport. And if you are planning to spending time in Milan, this hotel can’t be recommended.
