Courtyard Chico

Our room was comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and very high, which I liked. You actually almost have to just fall into the bed, as, even if you are tall, it's almost impossible to reach unless you jump up or fall into it. With so much furniture ridiculously low, I appreciated the height. For some people, it may be difficult to reach. The Marriott does not provide breakfast, and during holidays, they do not have their food/drinks for purchase open. They also did not provide maid service, which we were not told about, so we had to come back down to the front desk to get more towels and supplies. For the price you pay at the Marriott, I expect more.

We were very please with our stay. The bistro was very good.

Absolute worst stay I’ve had at a Marriott hotel. I was placed in a first floor hotel room which honestly I’ll never do again. It was beyond noisy. There was constant slamming in the kitchen throughout the night both through the kitchen and right above the room. I got no sleep all night even though I called the front desk multiple times (took 3 tries for someone to answer). I asked to change rooms due to the noise and they said they were booked which honestly I didn’t believe. The shower bathroom has mold and the tile in there clearly hadn’t been cleaned. You could see the dirt on the floors. Don’t waste your money.

The room itself was fine but the rooms have very little sound proofing. The Nextdoor guests were so loud and you could hear everything. The food was under cooked as well.

Better price than Best Western

Bed was wayyy to tall. I'm just over 5'. I had to use the ottoman in the room to climb on the bed ! I'm 72 with severe disability & it exacerbated my issues. Plus, the ottoman was on wheels which made it easy to move, but I had to place it between the foot of the bed & the sofa/bed to keep it from rolling out from under me, then crawl up the king bed to the head. I also had to sleep at an angle as the TV is place against a partial wall which blocks the screen. Poorly designed room, but it was quiet as it was on the top floor.

The pool is closed. This wasn’t noted anywhere and I had three very disappointed kids. Room was clean and location was easy on/off the highway.

Clean, convenient to our work location and as always great hotel meeting the expected Marriot experience! Thank you!
