Location and facilities.

During our stay, thb 3500 (USD $100) was stolen from a zipped compartment inside my backpack, which was left in our room. The money did not "go missing"; it was taken. The only plausible explanation is that someone with access to the room opened our personal bags and removed the cash. When we reported this to the management, their response was appalling. They immediately dismissed the possibility of theft, suggesting the money "must have been lost" elsewhere. They showed no willingness to investigate the staff who had access to our room, review security footage (if any), or take the matter seriously. It was clear their priority was to protect the hotel's reputation, not their guests' security or justice. Their idea of "compensation" for this serious violation of trust and security was to offer us a free beer and some fries. This insulting gesture only highlighted how little they valued our loss and our safety. Warning to all travelers: This hotel cannot be trusted with your valuables. If staff feel comfortable opening guests' personal luggage and taking money, and the management covers it up with a laughable offering, then no one is safe here. The physical property may be acceptable, but the ethical standards and security are nonexistent. We paid for a relaxing resort experience but got stress, violation, and insult instead. Do not stay here. Your money and peace of mind are not safe at the Angkor Century Resort and Spa.

This hotel was extremely spacious in both our room and also the shared areas of the hotel. The pool area was fantastic. Breakfast was good. We particularly enjoyed our tuk tuk rides with "Honda". The hotel was extremely quiet which meant that no waiting for anything was required.

The hotel rooms are very very spacious but not modern. It also seems they are not set up well for room service or eating dinner in the restaurant so we would recommend going out to eat.

Impressive grand hotel, with large comfortable clean rooms, and great facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was huge with an outdoor covered area to eat also.

No conenicence stores or little restaurants to walk too. To get anything like this required a 5 minute tuk tuk journey.

La piscina la disfrutamos mucho , está muy cerca de pubstreet y se puede llegar hasta caminando

Alla reception spesso persoanle non in grado di capire cosa gli veniva chiesto (modesto inglese) e questo ha generato confusione nella prenotazione della Spa che non ha poi dato il servizio concordato. La cena in albergo è stata orribile ed è quindi da sconsigliare sempre ma quando una arriva non lo sa e lo scopre a sue spese.

Excelente mi estadía en el hotel desde el personal , las instalaciones . Todo muy bien y la ubicación 👍🏼
