Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga

Sleep quality is excellent, as in all Kempinski hotels. The SPA is decent, with a nice variety of saunas, a cold plunge. The person responsible for valet parking - Lauris - incredible job - charismatic, good energy and just an overall highlight of the entire experience

Treatment from the staff was abhorrent - starting with the front desk lady who checked me in - unwelcoming, with an attitude and judgemental - made a visibly judgemental grimace when I asked her to send a bottled water to my room. The waiting staff at their upstairs restaurant (Stage 22) - catastrophic... dark haired waitress - rude, incompetent. Mixed up order on every possible level, was openly rude and just left a horrible taste (in contrast to her wonderful colleague). The rooms are in a dire need of a refresh - outdated, worn

Great location, great friendly hotel team, great bed, linens, rain shower .

The coffee at breakfast is tasteless; you expect unique desserts from a 5* hotel, not the standard selection of croissants and buns. And also unique offers for snacks

The room is enormous size. The view to Opera nice but actually just for once. The breakfast is marvelous with a lot of complementary options

При заезде не было тапочек , в ванной были принадлежности для одного человека, но нас было двое. Персонал не хочет говорить на русском языке и делали вид что не понимают
