There was both a bathtub and a separate shower room, and two toilets, so even with six people we were very comfortable! The kitchen was spacious, and we really appreciated having plenty of cookware and dishes.

The only downside was that we weren’t informed in advance that after 8 p.m., we had to use a completely different entrance. We couldn’t get inside until we were able to contact the host, which was quite difficult. Since we had already informed the host that we would arrive around 8 p.m., it would have been helpful to receive instructions for both entrances beforehand.

Ausstattung mangelhaft, 5 Tage ohne Warmwasser wg defektem Boiler, Spülmaschine defekt, Kühlschrank lässt sich nicht schließen, so dass es permanent tropft, Lampenfassungen fehlen im Bad, Schränke und Räume vollgemüllt. Die Schränke der Küche kleben beim anfassen. küchenutensilien abgenutzt. Preis in Relation zu og Mängeln. Bett eher eine Liege, die Nachts durch den Raum rollt.

Prima, ruime locatie naast treinstation. Rustige buurt met toch genoeg reuring. Fijne aanwezigheid van een terras op eigen terrein. Zeer goede en snelle communicatie met verhuurder vooraf en tijdens verblijf.

De vooraf gedeelde entree-gegevens waren weliswaar zeer duidelijk maar de lockbox code klopte niet. De verhuurder was echter zeer goed on-line bereikbaar en verstrekte meteen alsnog de juiste gegevens. Datzelfde gold voor de wifi-code.

The children were afraid of the spiders that we found in the apartment almost every day. The apartment needs to spray insecticides and re-clean

Location and size

I was given wrong code for the key locker on arrival. Then the badge to enter building didn’t work. I was then advised to enter via the car park basement, which was not a pleasant experience, particularly with large volumes of luggage. The second baby bed had no mattress. A light flickered constantly outside one bedroom window. Quite noisy from street.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect — close to everything I needed and easy to access. The apartment itself was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed for cooking, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. I truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Great place to stay in Brussels.

The check in process was terrible. The lockbox that contained the key was not in the location that we were told it would be. After several communications we were finally told to look across the street for a lockbox. Then we were given an entirely different code to unlock the lockbox than the one we were given initially. It was very frustrating. When we got into the apartment, we found that the WiFi did not work. We were given another password to try. That didn't work, so we were told to reset the cable box. There were numerous cables all in one big pile, so it was difficult to find the right one to unplug and plug back in. It still didn't make the cable work, so I crawled around on the floor for nothing. When I communicated with management about the WiFi, the person acted like we were just too stupid do know how to put in the correct password. Someone did come over with another device that we were able to use and have WiFi. The next unpleasant thing that happened is that we did not have hot water the first evening. I suspect that the hot water was turned off, or very low, and it took about 24 hours for the water to get hot enough for showers. I emailed the management and told them that our experience had been most unpleasant to this point. Someone emailed me back saying that I had been unpleasant to deal with. That was a rather rude. The water was hot by the second evening. I feel we should be reimbursed at a minimum the cost for the first night's stay. Please let me know.
