No hot water in shower. Room stinks , towels were dirty, not worth my money

Absolutely nothing!!!!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! We stayed for a little over a week on checking in they acted as though they were doing me a favour and upgrading me to a suite when really I got the upgrade as part of my booking rewards …the first complaint we made was in the first few days as there was a function and the noise levels were that loud we could hearing everything from the lobby in our room, reception told us they would sort the noise out, this didn’t happen and I left it at that even though it carried on till 2am with a man screaming. The second complaint I made was on a separate occasion where kids where all in the lobby with their parents…all out of control beyond belief again I was told “sir we will sort the problem out” and again this carried on for a further 1 hour and finally settled at midnight or just after. The kids were outside our room knocking on doors and running off and then we had kids ringing our room via phone and hanging up. The day before checking out I wanted to settle the bill as we were up early so we went to reception bearing in mind we had two bad nights already only to find they were billing us for food we hadn’t even ordered and this process took almost an hour but there was no apologies. The final straw was on our last night when yet again there was a baby shower in lobby and then a party in the hotel for us to be woke up at 11pm to be told “sir please give us 5 minutes and we will have the music turned down”…this carried on a further 2 hours even whilst me and my wife were stood in the lobby. When I asked to speak to the manager 3 times I had no idea he was happy to stand there listening to the complaint and after 5 minutes of being stood in spitting distance. Beyond my amazement we got a call from reception at midnight to say we could have a room on the top floor where we would not hear anything to which I was discusted and made management aware I wanted a refund for 3 nights.

Very nice beautiful place to stay .staffs very friendly. Feels home away from home. I would love to stay in this hotel again and again.

I will never stay here again because it’s not clean. The staff are nothing special there are not the most helpful. The bathrooms rooms are tiny and not clean. The bedding looks old and worn.
