Das Haus macht einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck

Chaos bei der Zahlung durch dreifache Belastungen der Kreditkarte durch das Hotel in Verbindung mit booking com. Wiederkehrende Technische Probleme bei der viel zu kleinen Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück.Somit gab es ca. 30 Minuten keine Kaffee dafür aber ein lange Warteschlange. Und den defekten Toaster nicht zu vergessen sowie das Personal, welches teilweise nicht englisch spricht wenn es Fragen gibt. Kein Ansprechpartner für den Safe der durch das Personal nicht geöffnet werden konnte. Das Zimmer war muffig und ein Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Auf unserer Reise durch die USA hatten wir viele Hotels und Stationen, wobei nur zwei schlechte Erfahrungen jeweils mit Best Western Hotels dabei waren.
