"Disgusting room with Ticks"

I didn't like anything about it!

We reserved a pet friendly room.The room smelled very bad, Toilet wasn't clean,bed sheets were not put on properly and looked dirty.my son was about to lay down when he saw a tick on the sheets. Lobby clerk said she couldn't refund us because we booked through booking.com and we had to contact them,We contacted booking.com they said hotel didn't agree on giving us a refund. We also sent a picture of the tick!!
