With heartfelt gratitude to Melvin, Desi, Sri, Mirah and Endik for their genuine care, beautiful hospitality, and constant support throughout our stay. The restaurant team added so much joy—Septi’s lovely afternoon tea, the warm smiles and service from the amazing Widya, Harie, Widi, Agung Adi, Purnama, and Agus, and the chef’s delicious creations made each meal unforgettable. Special thanks as well to trainee Ketut Bayu and every wonderful staff member. Everyone made us feel truly at home. A stay filled with warmth, care, and lovely memories highly recommended 👍

One of the best hotels I have ever been. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They are extremely helpful. The rooms are so clean which shocked me as the hotel is in the jungle. The restaurant Three Elements was one of the biggest highlights. The breakfast is so good but the dinner is Michelin Star quality. You have to visit this hotel if you come here
