Was charged on my card even before I checked in, resulting in me incurring unnecessary charges. Very Simple room, without water provided. For a short walk to matala Bay as the only benefit.

Très bel hôtel. Accueil sympa et professionnel. Très belle chambre, propre, bien équipée et silencieuse. Bonne wifi. Pas loin de la plage. Bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande absolument.

Tolle Ausstattung im öffentlichen Bereich, aber auch auf den Zimmern ordentlich und ein hübscher Außenbereich mit Pool. Freundliches Personal, das größtenteils auch deutsch spricht. Perfekte Lage, da nicht mitten im bunten Treiben im Zentrum von Matala, aber doch kaum 5 Gehminuten davon entfernt.

"Horrible! "

J'ai réservé une chambre dont les photos affichaient une salle de bain rénovée, et qui devait faire 25m2, mais la réalité était tout autre. La chambre qu'on m'a donné etait petite, vielle et dégoûtante : excréments encore présents sur la brossette WC, frigidaire tres salle, bureau cassé, clim cassée, draps troués, salle de bain très sale, vielle avec une douche minuscule et un rideau dégoûtant ! J'ai payé 160€ les deux nuit et j'ai dû partir après la première nuit car le patron m'a menacé et agressé verbalement. Il etait très énervé et nous a insulté. Nous avons donc était obligés de quitter l'hôtel en urgence. Malheureusement !

Hôtel très agréable. Nous avions 2 chambres communicantes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) donc 2 Sdb et toilettes. Petit dej très bien et piscine très agréable avec table de Ping Ping a dispo. Plage de Matala accessible à pied en 5 min Séjour parfait

Ensemble correct. L’ atout principal la piscine et le restaurant refait qui est moderne. Proximité direct avec le centre ville. Hôtel en restauration. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter des chambres refaites mises en avant sur internet. Mauvaise isolation phonique, sdb et chambre vieillottes. Ne correspond pas à 3*. Internet wifi peu présent dans notre chambre
