We paid for a two bed room, but were given a single bed room. So three of us had to sleep in one bed Very awkward. Uncomfortable. Staff was nice but we werent given what we paid for. No refund or anything.

Overall stay was great. Had to call a few times for in room service as far as towels and necessities. During our entire stay they never came to refresh the linens on the bed. Kids were happy with the activities the pool and food even though the food is expensive
