Great place to stay

Beautiful place. Always friendly staff. Never any issues. Great food choices.

Clean property. That they didn't explain all the extra fees that would be included on the bill. Even though you had booked through a travel agency.

The toilet had too much splash and shower had a slow drain

This was the cleanest and most customer friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. Customer service was the best!

The hotel is super friendly. It's just over priced if you're not on a casino benefit package. The food overall is just ok, nothing great, but well priced.

Staff was rude and unaccepting of multiple errors in my booking; no apologies or compensation offered for the inconveniences. Property and amenities were beautiful and in exceptional condition; pool was by far the best area! Room was clean, comfortable, and updated. Casino slots were very tight; i appreciate at least some small wins but it appeared not many machines were doing anything worthwhile. With the many options available in the Phoenix area, and for the price we paid, i would probably not return to this property.

Great stay. Played golf every day and had breakfast in the Market each morning. The servers in the market were very friendly and courteous
