Sam's Town Tunica

Property is nice. Staff is friendly. The area is limited with resources.

This place is a dump, way out of town and no one was even in the casino. The hotel is very dated and smells in the hallways. Won't make this a stop again if we return to Tunica.

The room we stayed in was hot the air didn’t work and the tv did not work and then there were cigarette butts in the floor when we got there that were not ours.

I stayed here for business and did not visit the casino. The air quality was polluted with smoke and made it hard to breathe. There was a moldy odor in the hallway of hotel. Upon checkout at 7:15 am, I had to make two trips from the room to my vehicle. When I returned to the room for the rest of my things, I couldn’t enter. Key card dud NOT work. I went to desk for help and the clerk refused to help me without showing mg ID. She had just saw me walk out of hotel. I returned to the desk after retrieving my ID. Clerk rekeyed cards but this did not work. I was still locked out of my room. Returned to service desk and the clerk called maintenance. Completely unapologetic. I met maintenance at room and she diagnosed it as a battery problem. I was late for work due to this inconvenience. Very disappointed in my stay here, cleanliness of the hotel, and the level of service.

Easy parking..Still can't WIN ANYTHING..

The front desk staff were very friendly. The heat was on 76 degrees when we arrived in our room (very hot). The mattress was not good, at all and the bathroom was very dated/stained. One of the lamps on the room was inoperable and the tvs are very old.

The staff was above and beyond friendly and accommodating! Excellent stay!!

Love the Sam’s Sports Book staff. Friendly, respectful and helpful.
