The beds are uncomfortable and while sitting in room on 5th floor killed 2 ants. The staff was not hateful but not friendly either

No housekeeping rented 2 rooms one toilet overflowed no fresh towels to replace ones put out no replacement of coffee fell in bathtub and hurt myself not a fun trip at all

Too far away from the elevator for two women

If I could submit pictures I would! The toilet was yellow around the back of the seat with plastics peeling off. The bathroom hasn’t had a good clean in who knows when as there was stuff built up in the cracks. And the air vent, let me just say it was down right disgusting! The amount of dust on that things was ridiculous! Oh and the beds. The most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. I got up at 5:30 in the morning and finally got in the chair that was as hard as a rock too but at least I could get some sleep. If you would like pictures please let me know and I will submit them.

Good for the price

I enjoyed my stay. more attention needed to the cleaning of the room .a smell when you entered the room. Bad case of ants and bathroom had hair on the toilet seat .

The room was very gloomy. Everything in the fridge was thrown away it was never cold. They have resort fees, but no resort amenities. Stale and musty, need a little upgrade.

Very disappointed I drove from Nashville and chose this place because it stated it had a pool. Got there and they do not have a pool. I brought my kids specifically to swim really want my money back for false advertisement of amenities
