The bed

The whole second floor smelled bad, our lights in our room and the bathroom flickered on and off, the tv barely would change channels. Hot tub was out of service, the breakfast had expired milk and the waffle batter was expired. As a chef myself there’s no reason why a waffle should be gelatin consistentency and sour, disgusting very upsetting. Then too top it off, the housekeepers knocked on our door at 9:50 when check out is 11, that’s quite annoying. Oh and also the front desk guy got upset because my key card stopped working for my room and acted like it was an inconvenience for him too fix that and reminding me not to put the cards by my phone or magnet which i already knew that. He wasn’t very friendly. There was also mold growing in the corners of the showers At least the bed was comfy

Great location for what we needed. Lots of places to eat and shop close by. The room was huge! Everything was very clean, and the staff was great. They were also quick to respond when our smoke detector started beeping. They were in our room in minutes and replaced the batteries. The maintenance guy was very nice as well. Great hotel.

Only downside i had was the home gym in the exercise room was broken. But that's minor and not everyone will care about that.

Comfy, pool, good breakfast, and spacious room.

Stairwells were not cleaned very well at all. There was an odd smell in our room.

I lived the location and the breakfast included and the indoor pool wish it could stay open longer but it was still cool

Great ajoining rooms. Reservation change to add another night was handeled nicely. Excellent staff.

Location, size of room

Areas were worn, wasn’t expecting room to be entered and beds made, used towels taken but not replaced, toilet paper very low and an extra not available in the room. Smelled like bug spray.
