Great location and great room

Room was large and comfortable and location was convenient for our needs. Hotel Maintenance man was very alert to fix problems that I reported to him in timely fashion to make our stay more comfortable.

Housekeeping staff was not reporting room deficiencies that he could have repaired before guest were assigned. (Leaking tub faucet, electrical outlets and lamp not functional, toilet seat not secure. Breakfast was usually lacking eggs, only one choice of meat. I choose not to eat the offered food as it did not appear as satisfying.

Staff was polite

I have never left a negative review before, however the room needed dusting, had a musky smell and hadn’t been vacuumed recently. Hair was found in tub. Remote didn’t change channels, access to only one channel. Most importantly, very uncomfortably hot in room at night, called front desk at 11:00pm when awakened by sweating to report the a/c not working, and requested a fan at minimum; was told they didn’t have any. Was not offered to switch rooms. Breakfast area not the cleanest. Upon checkout, I again informed the clerk/manager about the a/c not working in the room, and was told they just changed it out last year. She asked if I had it turned on.😔

The staff greeting was great. The location is excellent! The room was a great size and comfy.

While the rooms were cleaned. Dusting with polish is a must. Behind lamp tables could use attention. Our fridge in 317 did not work. I clean for a living so detail is everything. They were definitely cleaned but detail is priority in housekeeping 🙂

Check in was late. Guests were loud and walks were thin.

The beds are full all bed bugs, do not stay here.
