location, transfer from airport, check in was nice/correct

shower head was hard to get to stay in one place, no mini fridge or coffee/tea maker; didn't know the manager was on the floor below if I needed anything - there was no one around except the building front door guardian

L’emplacement etait parfait! Nous pouvions tout faire a pied!

Rien sauf que l’etablissement etait situe en zone ZTL et nous ne savions pas que cela entraînait la possibilité de pénalités avec la voiture…

You barely can find the better location than this in my opinion. Perfectly located in the heart of Palermo, foots away from the main sites. The room was very clean with all facilities you need for your leisure stay. Francesca met us upon our arrival and her recommendations as a local was so helpful. We had a short stay but definitely know where to stay next time in Palermo.
