The room was nasty and smelled Horrible there was alcohol bottles all outside the property

No pool. Ants in room. Toilet not properly cleaned.

The walls are quite thin so you can hear chatting when you're trying to sleep. We had a full day of driving and checked in late. At 7:45 in the morning, the cleaning lady was pulling her cart on the cement walkway outside the door. It woke us and stopped us from sleeping!!!!

Despite ALL the "no smoking"signs everywhere, my room smelled like an ashtray. And the bedframe had ash on it, and the comforter had a burn hole. Obviously other guests are terrible, I don't really fault the management for that, but it definitely needed a more thorough cleaning, it would have helped. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was grimy, and i never got hot water in the shower. I was only there fo4 about 5 hours but i couldn't have managed another minute.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was a no smoking room but the window unit pulled in the fumes of others from outdoors. Comforters had visible stains. WiFi would not connect.
