Arabella Azur Resort - All Inclusive

The sea is wonderful. The hotel is good. It lacks some things. The food is good, but it lacks variety. The desserts are very bad. Some of the staff have provocative responses. The animation is very good overall. The hotel is beautiful, but needs improvement.

It was an amazing hotel. The animation team had the whole hotel lit and were the best. The food was amazing and fresh every meal. It was facing the sea and we saw birds and fish come up near the restaurant. The beach and swimming pool were clean and had easy access. We had someone that needed a wheel chair and most places in the hotel were accessible via wheelchair. Only downside is some rooms lost service or WiFi.

Food was great. Not enough varities but great taste. All stuff are very friendly a helpful. (All all khan rest. Stuff , Chef fathy and m.ahmed beach Bar , baha housekeeping, and spical thanks for the best animation team ever. Thank you pedro)

Very old hotel, needs renovation. Dirt in bars and restaurants.

Overall it was good with amazing location and good stuff but variety of meals was so poor

On arrival there was a 40%increase on priced quoted not including the 27%tax. Had to find another hotel last minute. The notified that Americans and Egyptians did not qualify for the price quoted.
