Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Rezeption, Zimmerservice, Servicekräfte alle waren immer auf Zack. Jeder hat sich um das Wohl des Gastes gesorgt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und sehr auf deutsche Gäste ausgelegt. Uns hat es jeden Tag sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gab täglich wechselnde Buffets. Der Pool war schön beheizt so das man auch im Januar super darin baden konnte. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Nur ein kleiner Hinweis an das Hotel, keine Kritik Wir haben mit offenem Fenster geschlafen, und vor unserem Zimmer wurde jeden Abend/ Nachts, gegen 0:30 Uhr die Terasse mit einem Nasssauger gereinigt. Dabei wurden Tische und Stühle laut verschoben. Wie sind davon aufgewacht und es war jeden Abend so. Evtl sollte man eine andere Zeit für diese Reinigungsarbeit finden. Aber wie bereits gesagt waren wir trotzdem sehr zufrieden und bewerten das Hotel hoch weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

We were one of the unlucky ones to have our return flight from Hurghada cancelled on Sunday night. EasyJet put us up here until we got another flight on Tuesday. The rooms are very nice. There are no lifts though. This and the fact that you had to pay for the gym are my only negatives. The food was good with lots of choice. There’s a lovely pool. I cannot praise the hotel staff enough. From the beginning we were made to feel welcome and quickly given our wrist bands. All of the staff were exceptional. The reception staff behind the desk were so helpful when none of us knew what was going on. I’m surprised they didn’t run and hide when they saw me coming…again. The bar staff in the lobby kept us happy and topped up! Thank you Jas Makadi Oasis.

The **Arabic style** of the room creates a wonderful atmosphere, and it was kept spotlessly clean throughout my stay. Every service provided by the hotel is optimal, and the entire staff goes out of their way to ensure you are comfortable. ### 🤿 A Paradise for Sea Lovers The absolute highlight is the **private beach and its extraordinary coral reef**. For snorkeling enthusiasts, this is a dream come true. There are **three specific points** along the reef where you can dive in and find yourself surrounded by vibrant marine life. During my stay, I encountered **sea turtles, moray eels, and spectacular octopuses**. It is easily the richest and most beautiful reef in all of Makadi Bay. ### 🍽️ Culinary Excellence (Italian Approved!) As an Italian, I have very high standards for food, and I can confirm the quality here is exceptional. * **The Buffet:** Offers a massive variety of international dishes, all prepared to a high standard. * **A la Carte:** Every themed restaurant is better than the last. I particularly enjoyed the **Aqua restaurant**—the meal was exquisite and delicious. * **New Year’s Eve:** A special mention must go to the **Gala Dinner on December 31st, 2025**. The evening was spectacular; the dishes were presented with a theatrical flair and a level of detail that was truly breathtaking. ### 🛎️ Professional and Respectful Service What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. The team is professional, serious, and rigorous, yet incredibly warm. * **Non-Intrusive Hospitality:** The waiters are always available to satisfy every request but are **never pushy or invasive**. The 1 day we was here. Very attentive. Always come to you asking if we needed anything. Opened up our rooms when we had a flight cancellation. Location is quite a way out, but it is a golf resort. The rooms could do with a little more lighting
