Very nice accommodations. Walkable to several casual dinning locations. Served us well after a day at Santa’s Village.

I didn’t have breakfast

The elevator was disgusting it smells really bad

Room was dirty sheets was covered in hair shower wasn't cleaned toilet moved and wasnt attached to the floor ,was a stay for two adults and had only one set of towels. Ac didnt even work even with the typed out instructions. Was staying one night for the fair definitely dont wanna stay here again. Went to check in my key with my last name was left on the counter and said to check in the next morning to sign paperwork.

Comfortable and clean

Lack of breakfast options, lobby area is a bit out of date.

Maybe they will see this here and respond to my email… Here is the email that I sent to the email address we are directed to use: I want to share feedback on our stay in Room 120. While the front desk woman was outstanding and very helpful, the room itself was unacceptable. The bathroom was not cleaned…not even lightly brushed over, like not touched at all. There was hair in the tub and on the walls of the shower AND bathroom, greasy stains on surfaces, what I HOPE was toothpaste spit on the bathmat in the shower and no toilet paper, towels, toiletries, or even a shower curtain when we arrived around 6 PM(well after the check in time). We had to call four seperate times just to get basic essentials and cleaning(which consisted of the front desk woman wiping down surfaces with a face cloth. With two small children, we didn’t even feel comfortable letting them use the tub, so they didn’t. I have attached photos of after the wipe down by the front desk. In addition, the fridge was broken (ruining our leftovers, as well as the food for the next day, which we didn’t realize until Sunday morning), and the A/C didn’t begin working until 3 AM, waking the kids when it kicked on randomly. The woman at the front desk did her best, but the condition of this room was far below standard, borderline insulting for 211 dollars. Please respond with how we are going to rectify this?

The staff was incredibly friendly!

Unfortunately I don’t think our room was cleaned properly. One bed seemed as though someone had been sitting there. And when my husband and I went to go to sleep he found a pringles wrapper at his feet. We had not eaten nor brought pringles with us. The shower was also not cleaned properly.
