I was very close to being told to go elsewhere by an obviously over worked clerked who showed little care for my need for a room that night unless i showed him a physical id as they needed to scan the barcode on the back. I suggested since i was a genius level guest with a lengthy history staying at the BBI, would he acceptb an email with my id photos attached and to give him credit he agreed. My point is maybe they could at least read the memo.
