Emplacement facile à trouver, proche de la sortie de l'autoroute et proche du centre-ville. De plus en bus gratuit a une station de l'hotel. Parking, très cher, mais on y trouve deux stations de chargement pour VE.

L'acceuile a la réception, peut d'information pour facilite le séjour. Allemand ou Anglais uniquement. Nous sommes un pays trilingue et meme 4. Pas reçu l'information, que le restaurant est fermé le dimanche. Fâcheuse surprise. La femme de chambre utilise sont pass pour entre, sans frapper et s'annoncer. Le petit dejeuner serrais bien, si le personnel veillerait mieux à ce que rien ne manque. Nous avons dinner au restaurant le samedi et la rient à dire, assez bon service.
