"Comfortable and well situated place."

Clean and had cutlery and plates in case we wanted to dine in. As well as separated garbage/compost/recycling. And we could just leave our dishes in the sink when checking out.

"Excellent"

Hotel room was impeccably clean. We had a room with a lounge area and kitchenette of really good size. The bathroom was generous in size and all facilities were modern, comfortable and pleasant to the eye. Staff were very helpful (within a busy hotel). We couldn’t fault in any way. My partner used the swimming pool (another plus). We would stay again. Hotel is convenient for the city centre train (direct to the airport) and walking around Downtown is easy from here.

Our room was on the 29th floor ( we were okay with that for a weekend ). The view was really amazing - but be aware of that if you don’t like heights! We checked in without a car and went to the North Tower. If on foot we think it’s best to go to the other side.

"Great view, comfortable room, central location."

Great central location for that part of Vancouver. Loved having the fridge and dishwasher. Took the edge off of eating breakfast out.

The elevator to the parking area was always a little overwhelmed with exhaust smells. Some airflow management was needed.

特別感謝Cyril先生處理幫忙的態度和方法很棒! 飯店位於精華地段,附近逛街、用餐、採購都很方便, 客房乾淨舒適,有著漂亮的高樓景觀,房間有微波爐和餐具,相當方便。

Sharaton櫃檯有俄式口音的小姐,我們辦理Check-in時提供完整姓名拼音與護照,這位小姐ㄧ直說找不到我們的訂位記錄,讓我們有點擔心,後來只是姓與名前後拼法不同,希望加強訓練。

"Lovely staff"

Good location, friendly staff

1. Concierge at 29th floor The concierge at ground floor was for Sheraton, not Embarc. I went down to ground floor and they couldn't help me because they were not Embarc and told me to go to 29th floor. I went up to 29th floor for my room enquiries. Also, when room amenities ran out, I phoned the 29th floor concierge, nobody answered. The answering machine told me to leave a message. I left a voice message. No quick response. Then, I called the Sheraton concierge at the ground floor and the Sheraton got back with 29th concierge. Whenever I wanted to contact the concierge, there were several channels to reach the right person, which was unnessary and annoying. The 29th floor staff were friendly but all these process to reach them was inconvenient. 2. Not making up room everyday Making up room everyday was expected like any other hotels in Canada. However, Embarc only provides mid-day cleaning if you stay more than 5 days. The hotel staff told me that there was an ownership issue(?) but I didn't understand. Nevertheless, when we asked for making up room, they came in and provided the room cleaned lightly. I have been travelling with family for two weeks at Canada but it was an unusal experience for hotel.
