Meliá Lisboa Oriente

Great location

Friendly efficient staff, easy check in. Nice room, comfortable bed. Overlooking Oriente railway station ( At my request) Good quality buffet breakfast. Huge shopping mall 3 minutes away.

Just one thing I would like to add. The shower handle was not working properly. They should have checked it before allowing guests in that room.

Clean and tidy rooms. Good customer service. Close to Msny restaurants, to the train station and to the vasco da gamma mall.

From easy check-in to speedy and delicious room service, the Melia was a lovely stay! Located right next to the station for easy access to trains to Sintra, buses into downtown Lisbon and 3 subway stops from the airport. So easy to get around and see the city, visit the shopping centre across the street and wander the streets nearby. A great stay overall!

Everything about this hotel was really quite nice, except the sink in my bathroom didn't drain (room 704). I asked them to fix it, and someone came, but it still didn't drain after that. They clearly knew this was a problem when I called to have it fixed, so I question why they would offer a room in this condition. I would stay here again, but next time I would check all facilities before settling in and request another room if everything wasn't in working order.

I needed help to the train station with my bags and the front desk right away offered to help with my bags 😊 I can’t thank them enough for all there help the whole staff were very hospitable 😊 I would stay at this hotel again .
