El hotel en general está bien: todo bastante limpio y las habitaciones son amplias, lo que hace la estancia cómoda. Quizá el personal podría implicarse un poco más, pero aun así la experiencia ha sido positiva. Viajábamos con coche eléctrico y uno de los motivos por los que elegimos el hotel era el parking. Sin embargo, al llegar vimos que era demasiado pequeño y finalmente no pudimos acceder a él, algo que no se indicaba en la web. Como detalle positivo, nos gustó encontrar en la habitación un sobre con recomendaciones sobre qué hacer y dónde ir en Lisboa, lo cual resultó útil durante la estancia.
