Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und gut.

Dass das Essen per Buffet mit Selbstbedienung serviert wurde, haben wir bisher in dieser Preisklasse nicht erlebt. Da wir meist in Italien Urlaub machen, ist die Bedienung mit Kellnern und Auswahl des Abendessens am Abend zuvor üblich. Lediglich Vorspeisen und Dessert werden in Buffetform angeboten. Wirklich schlecht war der Cappucino vom Automaten. Er war sehr süß. Auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde mir gesagt, das läge an der süßen Milch, die der Automat nutzt. Der Automat wird wohl mit einem süßen Michpulver statt mit Milch gefüllt, um Geld zu sparen. Man verwies mich auf den Kaffee "amerikano", dem könne man ja dann Milch zugeben. Da amerikanischer Kaffee , auch der im Automat, bekanntlich sehr schwach und ohne Geschmack ist. war der Urlaub in diesem Hotel nicht sehr befriedigend. Wir tranken deshalbTee, was wir zuhause nicht tun.,

Food is fair but nothing special. Quality is low but selection is ok. Staff doesnt speak English. No one speaks good enough English really for a hotel. We asked a spoon from the waiter called Jose and he educated us that we need to say good evening first. No, we dont if we are already sitting in a restaurant and a waiter is around and we ask something. He should have though when he saw new guests sitting down and maybe also if we need anything. Or maybe he should learn English first as a staff working in a hotel instead of educating guests. Cleaners are shouting to each other in front of the room in the morning which is annoying. They enter when the sign ‘not to enter’ is on the door. In the mornings we had to wake up for the noise made by waiters setting up tables for breakfast. And this was on the 7th floor, the highest so bellow that it must be even more disturbing.
