"Dobrá volba na jihu Tenerife"

Výborný hotel v Los Cristianos, který často využíváme při příletu na Tenerife a následném přejezdu trajektem na La Palmu nebo La Gomeru. Nebo při cestě zpět. Skvělý personál na recepci i v restauraci - kde večeře byla dokonalá. Na pokoji kafemašinka na kapsle Nespresso, takže si můžete dát kávičku i na balkonku. Nebo čaj. Poloha výborná, vždy se tady rádi ubytujeme.

Vše v pořádku.

"Séjour impeccable très relax."

Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel de la femme de chambre au restaurant en passant par l’accueil . L’hôtel est bien passé, nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir une chambre avec vue sur la mer car il n’y avait plus de disponibilité.

Les chambres côté montagne et donc rue ne sont pas assez insonorisées, cela peut être gênant lorsque des véhicules passent à vive allure devant l’hôtel.

Hotellets standard sto ikke til forventningene våre , det fremstår slitt. Bassengområdet var begrenset, og det var lite plasser med sol.

De rustige ligging vlakbij de haven

Het verwarmde zwembad was amper 24* en dat is veel te koud, je ziet weinig mensen in het zwembad - het personeel in het restaurant, op enkele uitzonderingen na was niet vriendelijk en een glimlach kost niets

Breakfast was very good, good selection of food, in particular enjoyed the freshly made omelette.

Food at dinner was mediocre at best, although there was an excellent selection, the cooked food we had was over salted, chips were soggy and the mashed potatoes awful. There was a poor selection of cooked vegetables and what there was was soggy. The freshly cooked fish and stir fry were excellent. There were NO FOOD ALLERGENS listed and the GLUTEN FREE options for bread and desert were very poor.

"Lovely position with welcoming staff"

Location is unrivalled- staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Very expensive . Bathroom rather small . Room entry area way is narrow . Corridor carpets are tired . I was spoilt by previous welcome basket of fruit /chocolate which I was so grateful for after long journey which has been replaced by processed snacks .
