Property Notes

The outdoor pool is seasonal and closes annually on October 1st and reopens mid-June. There may be roadworks on the drive to the property. There is ongoing construction work on neighboring properties. During this time, guests on site may experience some noise and dust. Starting in May 2025, we are changing the soffits, painting and carrying out work on certain buildings. We apologize for any inconvenience. As part of our efforts to enhance and maintain the Suites at Tremblant, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club, we are required to close all natural gas fireplaces for the remainder of the renovations, which will take place until 2026-2027. We are currently evaluating alternative options to remedy the situation. We thank you for your understanding. Please note that a valid government-issued ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Great stay! "

We stayed there for a ski weekend. The place was very cozy and close to the mountain. There is a shuttle thats takes you in front of your condo and brings you directly to the mountain. Will definitely stay there again in the future!

The door never locked. Fire alarm went off two nights. Spoke to the manager and she asked me if I had any other complains instead of apologizing

"Nice place, be aware that they also sell timeshare"

It was good, the place is nice, the rooms are huge, beautiful place. My only surprise was that when we checked in they asked if we were "members" without stating that they sold timeshares. When we asked about what members were... we got offered a 2 hour "presentation" which we decided to wait on. This was fine, but it wasn't clear what was being offered until I looked it up on the internet. I think if it was clearly stated -- we sell timeshares, then I'd feel better about it.

Overall we had a good experience. The best thing about this property is the location, the convenience of the shuttles. The rooms are very clean and well kept although not super modern, they do have a cozy feel. Wish there were a few more amenities- maybe even a self serve coffee bar. It would be nice to be able to grab a snack or drink without leaving property.
