Casa Mexica Bungalows

Great location. Beds were comfortable plenty of towels. The host was very nice and accommodating. Great neighborhood with restaurants just down the street easy access to town or beach or market.

It’s a five bedroom, but there’s no air conditioning so the 2 quietest rooms, which were encased in concrete were very stuffy. They have fans, but the fans make it sound like an airplane hanger. There is a band that plays nightly in front of the property. The music was pretty good for the most part but it doesn’t stop until around 11 PM so don’t expect to go to bed early. Plus, you’re going to be listening to the same songs every night and sometimes multiple times in a night. There were lots of pans, but none of them are in good condition. For example, multiple skillets none with handles except one and that handle was just about to come off. The smell from the canal behind it can be pretty ripe.

The Cabin was very spacious, we were a group of 5 friends and we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was great too. Juan was so helpful when we needed anything. There a plenty of restaurants nearby. The town centre and the beach are within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Location is terrific for beaches and amenities. Can be a little noisy at night. No air conditioning but well shaded and stays quite cool during very hot days.

Property is likely a little rustic for many. Many portions are open to outside world so insects can certainly access. Bathrooms are basic Mexican bathrooms. If you are ok with this property is great value for the money for a group of 6-8.

nothing really

we didn't like anything. the beds and pillows were hard. we had some kind of bugs on the bed that we got bites everywhere. the bathroom was too small. No air conditioner, and to top it all off the second night the light kept going out the whole night. The place doesn't look nothing like the photos they share when we reserved the bungalow (not a room).

Yard and room was open and the manage arrived a little later. Excellent location, within walking distance to; stores, doctors, dentists, massage, nails, restaurants, beaches, corner stores, Taxi, etc.

This property is in an excellent location! It is just two blocks from Modera Beach and the path along the water that takes you to the playa Principal. It is also 15 -20 min walk to Playa Ropa. Huge market with vegetables and fruits are also an easy 10 min walk. I absolutely loved this convenient location. The property has a nice little yard with a tables and chairs where you can eat your meals if you are cooking your own food. If you are not into cooking, there are a lot of nice restaurants around the corner and along the channel in a very peaceful street. The host is super kind, easy going, friendly, and he wants to make sure that you enjoy your stay.
