A 100 metros de Santa María di Angeli y también de la parada del autobús de la línea C, lo cual facilita el desplazarse por los puntos de interés de la espiritualidad franciscana. A 10 minutos caminando de la estación de tren. La limpieza impecable de la habitación.

El laberinto entre el ascensor y las gradas para llegar a la habitación, incluyendo subir y bajar maletas entre el piso y el mezannine. En el desayuno el jugo de naranja no era natural.
