The property was beautiful so many amazing things to see. The rooms were very roomy. I do have a few mi or complaints. There is not much direction getting around the property. We walked in circle up and fine stairs. No maps were offered to us. When we finally found the lobby again we asked for a map which helped a lot. The resort was pretty empty I did feel there was not much to do in the way of entertainment during the day. Hardly any interaction with the staff.

This is a chill and quiet resort. More for older couples or people who are looking for peace and quiet. My boyfriend and I are a young couple and we found ourselves being the youngest there (19 + 20). When there was entertainment, it was lovely. We personally were hoping for more of a lively resort, but we understand not everyone looks for that. This was a very large resort with a lot of walking and stairs to get to different places, towels were also kind of far from the pool and beach, couldn’t find them at first. The food we had was great. The only issue we found was number of options to eat at. Breakfast was the buffet. Lunch had 2 options for restaurants. Dinner had one restaurant open or you could make reservations in advance at 2 other options. On Tuesday and Fridays they offer a large buffet and all of the restaurants are closed for dinner. Making reservations was a little frustrating because you couldn’t make it to the day of you were booking, you couldn’t have two reservations open at the same restaurant at the same time, you couldn’t make reservations for the day you got there or the day you were leaving, and you couldn’t make changes the day of. Everything worked out and staff helped us but wish the website would be a little more updated and easier to navigate. Overall great place to stay, those are just a few things I could think of that other people might want to be aware of before booking!

My wife and I (79 and 82), over a visit of 8 days, did everything, experienced everything, saw everything, one could possibly see and do at this beautiful resort. The infamous stairs are actually a gift for the fit as you move from vista to vista, from site to site (e.g. the secret sauna, the martini bar). And every morning after our walk and breakfast, we go through the gate and into the Garden of Eden!! All of this overseen by the nicest people you could ever meet.

The beach is just ok, but the property is beautiful. Staff are so hard working and polite. Very good food, especially Casanova. No need to leave the property, everything you want is on the resort.

Our stay at Sans Souci was nothing short of magical. We came to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The romantic birthday decor was absolutely stunning—elegant, intimate, and thoughtfully done. The surprise setup completely blew us away, especially the incredible fresh fruit display that was truly out of this world. It was the perfect touch to kick off a beautiful celebration. We enjoyed an amazing couples romantic dinner that was both delicious and memorable. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail made it feel incredibly special. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless thanks to Kat, who was phenomenal in coordinating everything—decor, spa appointments, dinner reservations—you name it. She made the whole celebration feel effortless. The spa was deeply relaxing, the bartenders were warm and fun (special shoutout to Kamar, the real MVP—he made our stay feel personal and welcoming), and the grounds of the property were breathtaking. Every corner was beautifully maintained and felt like a private escape. The restaurant staff was also exceptional—attentive, professional, and kind. We felt genuinely cared for the entire time. Sans Souci gave us a birthday weekend we will never forget. We’re already planning to return—this place is a gem!

One of the best all inclusive we’ve stayed at. When they say all inclusive it’s truly that. Tons of high quality activities are all included such as scuba diving, snorkelling and others. The food is very high end almost like a French bistro and we appreciated the no tipping culture.

Food and staff are AMAZING!
