Over all Its good hotel! Near touristic area

My stay was comfortable and the room was fine after I changed room selection. The hotel is very nice and has a wonderful swimming pool and a big exercise room. The food wasn't very tasty except breakfast was ok. Overall the hotel was nice and in a quiet area, however the reception desk isn't always helpful. A guest who wanted to change room selection was told that he needed to wait until next day and needs to do so before 10 am. Thus is absurd and unacceptable.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel this time, we had a clean room and good breakfast. No disturbance, we would definitely return there again. Good value for money and special thanks to Sofiane the manager at the desk - great guy!

Good hotel but too many Arabs staying some of whom returned to our adjacent room at 4 am with mobile alarm going off constantly. Food was good, service was ok, animator were friendly. I would stay again if there aren't any noisy guests.

On peut voir que la crise est passee par la. L hotel manque d entretien sur certains de ses equipements, le personnel, certes agreable, manque quand meme parfois d attention. Les problemes que nous avons releves ont ete directement communiques aux responsables de l hotel qui ont reagis assez vite. Apres la pose d un nouveau mirroir dans l ascenceur, nous avons étés tres decus de constater que celui ci etait deja abime le soir meme. Quel dommage que les clients de l hotel soient aussi peu précautionneux... La piscine interieur etait tres bien et la salle de sport (payante ainsi que le spa, il faut que ce soit plus clairement indique dans la description de l hotel) fourni une bonne quantite d equipements pour la remise en forme. Le petit dejeuner sera satisfaisant pour la majorite des personnes. Un hotel que je recommanderais donc mais qui a besoin de former son personnel. Esperons que la crise finisse son temps en Tunisie. Petit ajout pour les etranger gens partant en Tunisie, sachez que vous devrez payer 30dt de timbre pour sortir du territoire. Les agences de voyage et compagnies aeriennes ne communiquent pas du tout dessus donc gare a la mauvaise surprise.

a deconseiller chambre degeulasse meme pas nettoyez il y a encore des restes de la personne d'avant . et l'organisation zero chambre attendu une heure est toujours pas prete a deconseiller vivement

Great location, nice architecture. But the hotel was almost empty. Maybe 20 guests. Thus good price. The disco at the entrance is pretty cool and without entrance fee.

Resturants managers seem and management all have guest service problems except the nice receptionist Ms.Hala

not happie, didn't stay all days that i had payd fore. the room was not clean. would not rekommend it!
