"A must but a bit difficult if you travel by car"

Once you find the parking for the hotel everything is ok... We had to drive through a pedestrian zone which is the only access to the parking garage. There are no signs pointing to the hotel. Location is perfect, right in the centre. Beautiful hotel, the style of the rooms is very nice. Very friendly staff. Our lunch was wonderful and our breakfast was the best of our whole roadtrip.

"Great service and location but some caveats"

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable when I realized I had made an error in booking and booked us for an extra night immediately for the same room and even gave us an upgrade The room was roomy with low big windows The location is very central but a double edged sword Sound proofed windows Left us chocolates everyday

Our room was directly across a nightclub which had noise till 5 a.m. It was unfortunate as the view would be a long line of club goers and noise when we wanted some fresh air But I would not book this hotel again just because the location is too central and too noisy/ touristy and maybe something a bit calmer and prettier neighbourhood but that is my personal reference

"Everything you need. Great value!"

We had a wonderful stay at the NH Collection Granada Victoria. The staff was kind and helpful. Although the hotel wasn't super fancy, it was clean and comfortable. A/C worked well and we had everything we needed. We were originally booked at Palacio Gran Via, but switched to this hotel due to a Chase Sapphire Reserve promotion. No regrets.
