Ολα !Το δωματιο ηταν χάλια .Μύριζε μούχλα.Ζητήσαμε από πρίν δύο μονα στρώματα μας έδωσαν διπλό.Εξυπηρέτηση μηδέν.Δέν θα πήγαινα ποτέ ξανά!!!

Everything was wonderful! Location is perfect, right on a beautiful sandy beach with clear turquoise water and close to the port. Our comfort-class room was modern, very spacious, and perfectly clean, with a great sea-view balcony. The breakfasts were rich and delicious (even featuring champagne and red salmon sometimes), at evening hotel provides live music that great, staff was welcoming and helpful. Moreover, the main I want to highlight is deepest gratitude to the hotel management and staff. During our stay, we faced a health problem and unfortunately had to cut our trip short and check out 3 days earlier. When I informed the hotel, they showed immense empathy and understanding: they willingly refunded us the full cost for the remaining 3 nights and even let us stay in the room for an extra 6 hours for free so we could comfortably wait for our flight. This rare level of care and generosity proves the true high status of Nela Beach Hotel. They went above and beyond for us, and this place deserves even more than its 4 stars. We are deeply grateful for their support and sincerely hope to return here again!
