El no avisar que está en obra, no había sauna y hay personal de camarero que no trata bien a los clientes, no pq vayan grupos, se les debe reservar zonas exclusivas para ellos y dejar al resto de clientes sin sitio

Todo era maravilloso que relax de habitación el que tenga gym también es genial ,ya había estado y me encantaría repetir una vez al mes que maravilla estar relajada

La cena tenía poca variedad y yo no podía comer de todo lo que había por alergias mias,pero decir que la comida estaba buenisima

First impressions were great. Lovely big reception area with excellent front line staff (especially VICTOR) with a great command of the english language. Dining room nice and clean. Food was good. Excellent free WiFi. Bedroom was cleaned each day and was very nice and comfortable. HOWEVER I would have liked a small fridge for my medications which needed to be kept cold. I used the coolest area of the floor in the bathroom for this purpose. It was good to have the use of the safe although it was very old fashioned with a key. which I had to carry around all the time. I didn't get to use the outdoor pool or the area as there was no lift but a lot of steep steps to the top level 5. There is a lovely bar on Level 5 and I must compliment DAVID a very nice young man.
