As piscinas são espetaculares, o buffet do restaurante é excelente, extremamente variado e delicioso, o SPA também é maravilhoso e o atendimento muito amável e animado.

Inexistência de opções de snacks para crianças pequenas fora do restaurante. Têm 3 bares junto às piscinas e nenhum deles tem iogurtes, bolachas, fruta, nada... só pizza, batatas fritas, hambúrgueres e cachorros quentes. Num regime de tudo incluído, tínhamos de sair para comprar fora ou trazer do restaurante, quando fosse possível. Os iogurtes do restaurante eram servidos em taças, não havia como levar para junto da piscina..

Horaires de repas

The room size, bed comfort, air conditioning, and overall layout were excellent. The facilities and services, including the buffet, bars, spa, and pool areas, were also outstanding and contributed to a very enjoyable stay. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the hotel's flexibility regarding facility schedules. While amenities such as the pool, and buffet operated within defined hours, guests were generally allowed a reasonable grace period to finish their activities comfortably rather than being asked to leave immediately when the scheduled time ended. Overall, the hotel offered a great balance between organization and guest comfort, which significantly enhanced our experience.

There is a designated time slot during which children are allowed to use the spa facilities. During our visit, the spa receptionist asked us to leave the main pool until the end of our session because the massage rooms are located nearby and the noise from children could potentially disturb guests receiving treatments. I completely understand the concern and appreciate the effort to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. However, I believe it would be beneficial to reconsider how these activities are scheduled. Either children should not be allowed in the spa area, or massage appointments should not be offered during the time slots specifically designated for families with children. This would help avoid conflicting expectations and ensure a better experience for everyone. I would also like to comment on the Mini Club schedule. The advertised operating hours are from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 4:45 PM. However, access sometimes depends on other recreational activities scheduled by the hotel, and on occasion the club closes during part of its advertised hours. I would suggest offering compensatory time whenever this occurs. For example, if the Mini Club needs to close during the afternoon session, extending the morning session or providing an alternative activity would help maintain the level of service guests expect and improve the overall experience for families staying at the hotel.
