Naxos Palace Hotel

Το δωμάτιο αρχικά δεν είχε μαξιλάρια και το ένα βράδυ ήρθαν μυρμήγκια πάνω στο κρεβάτι. Το φαγητό δεν ήταν αντίστοιχο τεσσάρων αστερων ξενοδοχείο. Ωστόσο η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν καλή, το προσωπικό ευγενικό και η τοποθεσία όμορφη.

Εξαιρετική τιμή, το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση

Wir waren als Paar dort und haben insgesamt wenig Zeit im Hotel verbracht. Dieses ist allerdings sehr schön angelegt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Einrichtung der Zimmer (bis auf das eher verkommene Badezimmer) und der Pool. Leider hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer, nachdem wir nur ein paar Reiswaffelkrümel auf dem Boden liegen lassen haben. Das Hotelpersonal wusste hier auch keine Lösung. Die Zimmer an der Straße (hatten wir zuerst) sind wegen der Lautstärke nicht zu empfehlen, jedoch haben wir auf Nachfrage ohne Aufpreis ein viel besseres im Inneren der Anlage bekommen. Das Frühstück ist leider sehr enttäuschend (zu dem sonstigen Essensangebot kann ich nichts sagen, da wir außerhalb essen waren). In die Stadt gelangt man umsonst mit Hotelshuttle, an den Strand mit dem öffentlichen Bus oder man mietet sich so wie wir ein Quad. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub, weil die Insel Naxos viel zu bieten hat.

I have been fortunate to stay at this hotel several time and have always been treated amazingly by all the staff they are always happy to help with anything you need. The rooms are beautiful with spacious bathrooms. The pool area is very relaxing with a nice pool bar with a very extensive range of cocktails which are lovely I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. However we were disappointed with our room. The floor was dirty with dust and food crumbs when we checked in and looked smaller than advertised. However we got used to it and it was much cleaner within a day or two. The children loved the bunk beds- which are a good use of space. The mattresses were old and hard. The bedding and towels were fine. The only other concern we had was the children's pool which was dirty. There was lots of sand and other debris on the bottom and there was a lot of hair and dead flies floating round in the pool. It looked like other guests had noticed the same and so the pool was not used by other guests either. Overall the hotel is nice but perhaps a little more maintenance and some upgrades to mattresses etc and this could be so much better.

Το Ξενοδοχείο είχε ωραίους εξωτερικούς χώρους με μεγάλη πισίνα και ωραία θέα στην πόλη και στη θάλασσα.Η ποιότητα υπηρεσιών που πρόσφερε όμως δεν ήταν υψηλές.Το πρωινό μέτριο και ο καφές απαράδεκτος.
