Location

During check-in, I found the receptionist trainee’s communication style to be unprofessional and rude. Some personal questions made me uncomfortable and when I expressed that I preferred not to answer and requested to speak with a manager, I was ignored. I was also charged the local fee twice, despite staying for only one night as a single guest. The room was generally clean but there were some areas that could be improved. I noticed dust in parts of the room, the toilet cleanliness was average and some basic amenities such as a shower cap and toothpaste were not provided. Additionally, I requested an iron, which was delivered to my room. Unfortunately, it appeared rusty and left marks on my white clothing. I would not be able to recommend this hotel at this time.
